If you are not satisfied with our service or the performance of our inspectors, we will gladly refund your money.
Client must notify us in writing that they are not satisfied with our services prior to receiving their written report.
Client must be present for the last hour of the inspection. During this time, we will present our findings to the client.
The inspection fee paid to Premier Home Inspection Services, LLC will be refunded back to the client.
*Upon Cancellation of the inspection, we will not produce a report and the relationship will be considered terminated.
24-Hour Report Guarantee**
We know that when purchasing a property, time is of the essence. That is why we guarantee delivery of the inspection report within 24 hours of the inspection. If the report is not emailed to you within 1 business day of the scheduled time of the inspection, we will refund your money.
**This does not apply to Commercial Inspections, Engineering, or Large Homes (>4500 square feet), Construction Inspections, Multi-Family Inspections. Business hours are defined as Monday – Saturday. Reports will not be delivered on Sunday. Client must have signed the inspection agreement and paid for the inspection for delivery guarantee criteria to be active.
